Dosage and method of use for Thiotex
adult dose
For diabetes and improvement of neuropathic pain symptoms in people with diabetes: 300-1800 mg of Thiotex daily.
For high levels of cholesterol or other fats (lipids) in the blood (hyperlipidemia): 300-1200 mg of Thiotex daily for up to 16 weeks.
For obesity: 1800 mg of Thiotex has been taken daily for 20 weeks

For diabetes: 300 mg of alpha-lipoic acid is taken twice daily with insulin.
