Tamsulin tablets relax the muscles of the prostate and bladder.
Tamsulin capsules are used in cases of bladder obstruction, ureter stones, enlargement or benign prostatitis in men,
which limits symptoms such as difficulty urinating, lack of good flow, and a feeling of urgent need to urinate all the time, especially during the night.
What are the doses of tamsulin and methods of use?
Benign prostatic hyperplasia: 0.4 mg orally once daily, 30 minutes after the same meal each day.
If response is inadequate after 2-4 weeks, the dose may be increased to 0.8 mg once daily, after contacting a physician.
Bladder outlet obstruction: 0.4 mg orally once daily.
Ureteral stones: 0.4 mg orally once daily.
How to use tamsulin
This medicine may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Therefore, you should not drive a car, operate machinery, or perform dangerous tasks.
Caution in hot weather, drink plenty of fluids, to stop the loss of body fluids.
What are the contraindications to the use of tamsulin?
It is forbidden to use the medicine without consulting a specialist in the following cases:
Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug, to avoid a strong allergic reaction.
Hypertension.

Side effects of the treatment:

What are the precautions for using tamsulin?
Use with caution under the supervision of a physician in the following cases:
Angina pectoris: The drug should be discontinued if symptoms of angina develop or worsen.
Reduction of Blood pressure.
Fainting: Hypotension can cause fainting, especially with the first dose of treatment.
Taking other antihypertensive drugs (especially vasodilators), or phosphodiesterase inhibitors.
Hepatic impairment: Use with caution in patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment.
Prostate cancer: Prostate cancer must be ruled out before treatment can begin.
Older adults are most susceptible to side effects.
During periods of pregnancy and lactation.
Patients with sulfa allergy
