metacardia MR is indicated in adults as second line add-on therapy for the symptomatic treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris who are inadequately controlled by or intolerant to first- line anti-anginal therapies .

DOSAGE OF METACARDIA 35 MR 30 TAB

Follow all directions given to you by your pharmacist or doctor carefully . They may differ from the information contained in this leaflet

Ask your pharmacist or doctor for help if you do not understand the instructions on the box .

The recommended dose is : –

metacardia MR : the usual dosage is one tablet in the morning and evening with meals . Tablets should be swallowed with a glass of water at meal times . If you think that the effect is too strong or week , talk to your doctor or pharmacist . For kidney problems or patients older than 75 years old , the doctor may adjust the recommended dose .

OVER-DOSAGE OF METACARDIA 35 MR 30 TAB

consult a doctor or a pharmacist immediately . What to do in case one or several doses have been missed : resume treatment normally . Do not take a double dose to compensate the forgotten single dose . Very limited information is available on trimetazidine overdose . treatment should be symptomatic .

CONTRA-INDICATION OF METACARDIA 35 MR 30 TAB

do not take metacardia MR if you are allergic to trimetazidine or any of the other ingredients of the medicine . Parkinson disease : disease of the brain affecting movement ( trembling , rigid posture , slow movements and shuffling , unbalanced walk ) . severe kidney problems .

store at temperature not exceed 30 C , in a dry place . Keep out of reach of children . Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the box .
