Indications
is used to get rid of sticky phlegm. It is a cough medicine from the family of mucin analyzers that reduces the viscosity of mucus in the airways, making it easier to exit with coughing. It is used to treat cough accompanied by phlegm and get rid of the sticky mucus mass in the respiratory tract.
Dose :
The dose of capsule for adults is:
2 capsules 3 times a day, and the doctor reduces the dose when symptoms improve to 1 capsule 4 times a day.
The dose of Syrup for adults is:
15 ml 3 times a day, and the doctor reduces the dose when symptoms improve to 10 ml 4 times a day.
Dosage of Syrup for Children:
From 5 to 12 years: 10 ml 3 times daily.
From 2 to 5 years: 2.5 to 5 ml 4 times daily.
Contraindications
is contraindicated for those who are hypersensitive to the components of the drug.
Do not use with medicines that contain dextromethorphan, which suppresses coughing.
For those suffering from diseases of the digestive system, avoid taking the drug.
It is not used for patients with stomach ulcers.
