DANTRELAX| SKELETAL MUSCLE RELAXANTS
ACTIVE-INGREDIENT
each capsule contains 25 mg of dantrolene sodium.
INDICATION
spasticity resulting from neurological disorders such as spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy or multiple sclerosis. Muscle spasms associated with functional disorders such as traumatic muscle spasm, low back pain or muscle spasms of various aetiology.

Compound Contains the active ingredient dantrolene in addition to paracetamol (pain reliever).
WHY TO USE :
The drug is used to relieve muscle tension associated with the following cases:
Multiple Sclerosis
Spinal cord injuries
Cerebral Palsy
brain attack
After head or back injuries
Dosage
When using to treat skeletal muscle spasm
The initial dose at the beginning of treatment is usually one 25 mg capsule once daily, then the doctor will gradually increase the dose at weekly intervals.
When used for the prevention of malignant hyperthermia:
You should usually take it three to four times a day, starting a day or two before surgery.
When used to treat malignant hyperthermia
You should take it for 1 to 3 days in 4 divided doses
The medicine is taken with water and can be taken before or after food
CONTRA-INDICATION
hepatic impairment. Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Is dantrelax used to treat joint pain?
This medicine is not used to treat joint pain
What is the difference between Dantrelax and DIMRA 20 TAB?
Dantrelax: contains the active ingredient Dantrolene, which has a muscle relaxant effect
Dimra: Contains Active Ingredients:
Diclofenac potassium: analgesic and anti-inflammatory
Methocarbamol: a muscle relaxant in cases of muscle tension and acute muscle pain
Is Dantrelax anti-inflammatory?
Dantrelax does not have a strong anti-inflammatory effect
How to relieve muscle tension pain?
Tension pain requires resting the affected area, and to relieve the pain, you can use topical analgesics or take analgesic tablets or muscle relaxants.
